CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE TO BE MADE BY PHONE ONLY! NO EMAILS OR TEXTS!

  • More than 30 days advance notice: Full refund of deposit less $25
  • Between 15-30 days notice: Loss of deposit plus $25
  • Less than 15 days notice: Charged for the full stay.
  • No refunds for early departures for any reason including inclement weather.
  • In the event weather conditions are deemed to be too dangerous during your upcoming reserved dates, you may apply your full deposit amount to a future reservation anytime within the next two years.

RESERVATIONS

You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and you must have a credit card in your name.

A 50% deposit of the total amount due must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of check in. We will automatically attempt to charge the second payment to the card on file or an alternate card that you specify. If the transaction does not go through, we will contact you at the e-mail address on file and subsequently using the phone number on file to assist you in facilitating the second payment; however, if after making these attempts to contact you and the payment has not been received by the 2nd day after the due date of your second payment, without further notice to you, we may treat your non-payment as a cancellation by you of your reservation, may rent the unit to another person and will apply the cancellation policies to your deposit.

Your reservation is not a rental agreement. We reserve the right to require you to leave without refund for offensive, illegal, dangerous or destructive behavior.

PETS

Some dogs are permitted, but only with prior approval. There is a $50 NONREFUNDABLE pet cleaning fee. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A DAMAGE FEE. If your pet damages any furniture or equipment, you will be billed separately for the repair or replacement of the item.

  • Prior verbal approval must be given BEFORE your arrival.
  • The pet guest rental is $50 per stay.
  • Please remove any pet refuse when walking the grounds to keep them tidy for other adventurers.
  • For the safety of your pet, please keep them on a leash during walks.
  • Pets MUST be crated any time their humans are not with them.
  • Because we know that pets will be pets, in the event they have an accident in the cabin, it is your responsibility to clean it to the best of your ability and then notify the office so that it can be properly cleaned before the arrival of the next guest.

SMOKING

All motel rooms, cabins and the house have a strict No Indoor Smoking Policy.There are cans with gravel for butts. In an effort to keep the property as clean as possible, we ask that you do not throw your cigarettes on the ground. Please dispose of them properly. THERE WILL BE A $500 fee to have a cabin cleaned if it is determined that someone smoked in their motel room, cabin or house.

CHECKING OUT

CHECK OUT TIME- Usual time is 10:30 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

DAMAGE- If there has been any damage give us a call and we will come visit with you.

GARBAGE- We try to recycle as much as possible. Please utilize the recycling bins that are provided for cans, plastic, and glass.

JACUZZI- Please rinse out any bubble bath residue, dirt, and hair.

KITCHEN- Wash all dirty dishes. Leave as found or a cleaning fee will be charged.

TOWELS- Please leave all used and unused towels in a separate pile in the shower/tub.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES

MOTEL- $25

CABINS- $50

HOUSE- $500 in addition to the required $125 that is charged for each rental.

MISCELLANEOUS

All items within the rooms, cabins or house are the property of Beaver Lake View Resort. If it is determined that items such as decorations, books, linens, movies etc., are taken or damaged, an additional fee will be charged to your account. If dishes are accidentally broken, we ask that you simply tell us at the time so that they can be replaced for the next guest.

Daily service is not included. If additional towels or other items are needed, please contact the office.

Guests are responsible for the safety of their children. Please do not leave small children unoccupied out on decks or in the spa/hot tub, or near the lake.

Please be courteous of others and observe quiet hours. If you are being disturbed by another guest, please notify us immediately. We allow one warning before being asked to leave without a refund.
