Road Runners Policies



  • More than 30 days advance notice: Full refund of deposit less $25
  • Between 15-30 days notice: Loss of deposit plus $25
  • Less than 15 days notice: Charged for the full stay.
  • No refunds for early departures for any reason including inclement weather.
  • In the event weather conditions are deemed to be too dangerous during your upcoming reserved dates, you may apply your full deposit amount to a future reservation anytime within the next two years.
  • 2 night booking minimum for hotel rooms and 3 night booking minimum for cabins Memorial Day thru Labor Day; otherwise 2-night booking minimum in the off season.


You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and you must have a credit card in your name.

A 50% deposit of the total amount due must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of check in. We will automatically attempt to charge the second payment to the card on file or an alternate card that you specify. If the transaction does not go through, we will contact you at the e-mail address on file and subsequently using the phone number on file to assist you in facilitating the second payment; however, if after making these attempts to contact you and the payment has not been received by the 2nd day after the due date of your second payment, without further notice to you, we may treat your non-payment as a cancellation by you of your reservation, may rent the unit to another person and will apply the cancellation policies to your deposit.

Your reservation is not a rental agreement. We reserve the right to require you to leave without refund for offensive, illegal, dangerous or destructive behavior.

Dogs only. Some dogs may not be permitted, please seek approval PRIOR to booking. There is a $50 NONREFUNDABLE pet cleaning fee for the Cabins AND Motel. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A DAMAGE FEE. In the event that your pet damages Beaver Lake View Resort or Roadrunner Inn property, you will be billed separately for the repair and/or replacement of the item.

  • Prior verbal approval must be given BEFORE your arrival.
  • Pet guest rental $50 per stay.
  • Pets must be over 1 year of age.
  • Pets must be house trained
  • 40 lbs weight limit
  • One pet limit per stay
  • Please clean up after your pets while outside on the property. $15 fine per violation
  • For your pet’s safety, please keep pets leashed while outside on the property.
  • It is highly encouraged to bring pets with you if you leave the cabin, however, Pets are REQUIRED to be crated any time their owners are not with them.
  • Excessive noise will not be tolerated. If pet noise is determined excessive, guests will be asked to leave without a refund or credit.
  • In the event that pets have an accident in Cabins or Motel rooms, it is your responsibility to clean the accident and notify Roadrunner Inn staff. So, that the accident can be properly cleaned before the arrival of the next guest.

Smoking and additional information

All motel rooms, cabins and the house have a strict No Indoor Smoking Policy. There are cans with gravel for butts. In an effort to keep the property as clean as possible, we ask that you do not throw your cigarettes on the ground. Please dispose of them properly. THERE WILL BE A $500 fee to have a cabin cleaned if it is determined that someone smoked in their motel room, cabin or house.

If, the Roadrunner Inn or Beaver Lake View Resort employees deem that your room or cabin was in need of additional cleaning*, that exceeds the normal cleaning routine. Your party will be charged accordingly.
Motel Rooms-$25 additional cleaning fee
Cabins-$50 additional cleaning fee

*Additional cleaning, includes but is not limited to, excessive trash, stains, missing or broken items, disposal or storage of forgotten items, etc.

All items within the rooms, cabins or house are the property of Beaver Lake View Resort. If it is determined that items such as decorations, books, linens, movies etc., are taken or damaged, an additional fee will be charged to your account. If dishes are accidentally broken, we ask that you simply tell us at the time so that they can be replaced for the next guest.

Daily service is not included. If additional towels or other items are needed, please contact the office.

Guests are responsible for the safety of their children. Please do not leave small children unoccupied out on decks or in the spa/hot tub, or near the lake.

Please be courteous of others and observe quiet hours. If you are being disturbed by another guest, please notify us immediately. We allow one warning before being asked to leave without a refund.


CHECK OUT TIME- Usual time is 10:30 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

DAMAGE- If there has been any damage give us a call and we will come visit with you.

GARBAGE- We try to recycle as much as possible. Please utilize the recycling bins that are provided for cans, plastic, and glass.

JACUZZI- Please cover and turn off before leaving.

KITCHEN- We ask all dishes are washed.

TOWELS- Please leave all used towels in the shower/tub.
